No, due to the size of our transporters, we cannot collect from or deliver to residential or rural areas. All addresses provided are checked for suitability before the booking is confirmed, and if your address is not suitable, you will need to arrange an alternative place of business for us to collect from or deliver to.
We have depots in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and sub-depots in Nelson and Dunedin. We can also arrange for the vehicle to be collected from or delivered to Wellington Wharf and Picton Wharf.
Our business hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We do not allow pickups and drop offs outside of those hours.
We do not allow personal items to be transported inside vehicles. This includes luggage, tools, spare parts and tyres.
We can collect from and deliver to most major towns. If your town is not listed, please fill out our enquiry form and we will be in contact.

No. All vehicles transported by us must be in good condition. We cannot move vehicles with major body damage, oil or fluid leaks, faulty brakes or flat batteries and mechanical damage.
If we have not sent a truck to collect your vehicle, you will be issued with a full refund.
If we have already tried to collect your vehicle, there will be a charge of $100.00 including GST. This will be debited from your refund before it is processed.
We cannot transport race cars, as they are unsuited to our transporters.
If your vehicle has been lowered, we need a minimum of 130mm of full ground clearance to safely transport your vehicle.
All modified vehicles must be checked for suitability before your booking is confirmed.
Transportation is done at Owner’s Risk. The Car Distribution Group trading as HaulPlus accepts no liability for any damage that may occur during transportation. We strongly recommend that you have the vehicle fully insured with your own insurer before the transportation commences.
We cannot transport vehicles that are older than 1980.
We DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee specific timeframes.
Please allow 2-3 working days for collections.
We advise to allow 7-10 working days for Inter-Island transportation depot to depot.
Please be aware, there may be delays due to weather, high volumes etc.

SDT is Standard delivery time, this is a fixed date that comes through electronically when the movement is entered.
ETD is Estimated delivery time, this is a moving date and moves up and down depending on how far the vehicle has travelled.
